New Talk, Inc. incorrect billing, Ft. Worth, Texas
New Talk promises one phone plan and then bills me for another. I complain and the only choice is to talk on the phone with them (which they probably record for their own protection)- I won't do that because I want everything put down on paper, just like when I buy a car. I don't want to match wits with some salesman.
I tried numerous times via email asking them to return comments via email. They just won't put anything down -as far as my dispute which is less than $100- in writing via email, fax or mail. Their only advise is to, in my opinion, hide behind the PUC which are appointed positions in Texas, not elected.
I've found more companies/dba's etc. that may be related to this company than there are marbles in a 10 lb jar.
If you want to know some interesting info. (and I'm not saying it's true or accurate)- then you need to find AT&T's (Fla) 54 page letter, dated January 24,2011 to Ann Cole, of the Florida Public Service Corporation in Tallahasse, FL 32301. go to: www.psc.fl.us/library/filings/11/00511-11/00511 pdf.
