I ordered a VPS from 123systems and after 2 months I still have never received a working VPS or a working IP address even though it was advertised as immediate setup. This company's outsourced tech support in India had a million and one excuses for the failure to deliver what I ordered ranging from node migrations to network problems to waiting for new servers to be delivered, and the owner Chris Fabozzi ignored the PMs and emails I sent him.

The guy who owns this company Chris Fabozzi of Clarence Center, NY has a great scam going. He posts offers for 70% discounts on ChicagoVPS and 123Systems Solutions yearly plans on hosting forum LowEndBox, a forum which is owned by his childhood friend Jon Biloh's company ColoCrossing -Velocity Servers Inc, and then after the customer pays upfront for an entire year Chris Fabozzi fails to deliver what was ordered, or he delivers a nonworking server, and he refuses to issue a refund. When the customer files a PayPal dispute because they didn't receive what they paid for, Chris Fabozzi points to the "no refund policy" in his terms of service and says the customer agreed to no refunds so he automatically wins the PayPal dispute. The customer never receives what they paid for and Fabozzi pockets the money he's getting from his fraudulent scam. Fabozzi even laughs about it and makes jokes when customers start threads on hosting forums complaining about being ripped off or about their servers being down and not working.

This guy doesn't stop at just PayPal fraud  though. He also buys out of state hosting companies and doesn't change the domain ownership records on them so he can evade paying income taxes and sales taxes on his earnings from these acquisitions. 123Systems Solutions, AzzaVPS, and UGVPS are just a few of the many acquisitions that he has used to cheat the tax man. Fabozzi admitted in a forum post that he used the identity of UGVPS's former owner's wife for months without her knowledge in all customer communications and on the domain ownership.

Well Chris Fabozzi, you picked the wrong folks to try to scam. You've been reported to IC3.gov, the IRS, and New York state for your scams and tax fraud.

I have 11 VPS servers with them all operational and each time I need support I get it. Uptime has been very good so far but when I need support it is a little slow sometimes, but often I get replies almost immediately. Compared to other low end VPS providers I would say support is above average.

Performance is also good for the price I paid. I have almost 50 servers on different providers and this is one of my favorites.

I'm writing this review because I think the complaint seems to be a personal mattern turned into a business complaint more than anything else. I think they are not being truthful about the Owner of Chicago VPS
