Please review Better Business Bureau's complaints before doing business with this company. This company is very unprofessional! They have no phone etiquette and are extremely rude. Upon the first line of communication, the relocation representative Debra was helpful and seem to be knowledgeable about the industry. When she contacted me, I was on the other line providing my credit card number for same-day service to a shipping expert.

 

She informed me that if a company stated they can do same-day shipping it's a lie and they may be scamming me. After that, I felt comfortable using New Way since they provided a contract that I signed. After paying their $125 broker fee she stated the car transport was scheduled for next-day service. Thirty minutes later a service provider dispatch contacts me and said their driver can arrive in 45 mins to take the car the same day, but the few will be $100 more than I was contracted for. At this point, I now feel New Way is scamming me.

 

This prompted me to contact the New Way customer service department to get clarification on the matter. The customer service rep answered the phone and before I could explain the reason for my call, she cut me off saying that we provide a time frame, not a particular pick-up time. I kindly ask her to hear what I am calling for before cutting me off and making assumptions about my needs. She then said you are very rude, please write an email and hung up the phone. Now I am appalled that she rudely hung up, so I called back to ask her what her name was so I can write a review on her horrible customer service.

 

She answered again and said "don't worry what's my name is and hung up again" The next time I called Rosa the dispatch agent (who is very kind) answered the call. She allowed me to explain myself and get clarification. She also apologized for the rude agent hanging up on me twice but no one would give her name though. After that, I mentioned I will come to your office to speak with a manager and complain about that rude agent that no one knows who she is. Two minutes after that, the rude lady calls and threatened to cancel my agreement and send a full refund back to my bank and informed me that if I show up at their office she will call the police and have me arrested for trespassing.

 

This is not how you treat paying customers. Please do your research before shipping your vehicle. Once they have your money they will treat you like cattle.
