NEW WORLD FURNITURE COMPANY BROUGHT FURNITURE IN MAY, ARRIVED DAMAGED COMPANY NOT WILLING TO DO ANYTHING UNTIL I WROTE A LETTER HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE REPLACEMENT FURNITURE YET HOBBS New Mexico

I BROUGHT FURNITURE IN MAY WITH $2,888 CASH FOR BEDROOM FURNITURE, WE RECIEVED IT MAY 22ND., THE FURNITURE IS OFF WHITE AND THE FURNITURE HAD CRACKS, BROKEN PARTS, AND LOOKED LIKE IT WAS A FLOOR OR FACTORY REJECTS.

I WROTE THE LETTER TO THEM BECAUSE THEY DID NOT WANT TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THEN THER REORDERED THE FURNITURE AND IT CAME IN THE THE MONTH OF JULY FIRST WEEK, IT TOO WAS BROKEN AND THE PAINT JOB ON THE FURNITURE WAS ALL WRONG IT LOOKED LIKE A CHILD DECIDED TO PAINT SILVER PAINT ON THE FURNITURE. I COMPLAINED AND AND SENT IT BACK.

TO DATE THEY SAID THEY HAVE ORDERED THE FURNITURE AND I HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE REPLACEMENT FURNITURE YET. I CALLED ON FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 12, 2003 AND SPOKE TO BRENDA AND SHE TOOK HALF A DAY TO RETURN MY CALL STATING TO ME THE SHE CALLED THE FURNITURE COMPANY VAUGHN BASSETT IN SOUTH CAROLINA AND THEY JUST SENT THE FURNITURE SEPTEMBER 8TH.

I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO. I HAVE THE ORIGINAL FURNITURE IN MY HOME SHORT OF THE BED HEAD AND THE CHESTER DRAWERS WHICH NEVER ARRIVED FROM THE BEGINNING. I WILL NOT LET THEM TAKE THE FURNITURE OUT UNTIL THEY GET MY FURNITURE IN.
