New York City Fashions Rip-off, Scam So I'm not the only one BROOKLYN New York

I ordered a Louis Vuitton purse on 6-22-05 & paid $80.00 for it with a money order. The company cashed the money order on July 15, 2005; so I thought I would receive my purse within 1 month, giving the company plenty of time to ship it to my house.

After 1 month I emailed them asking for the status of my order & received a response saying that my order was misplaced & it would be sent immediately. I waited another 2 weeks & contacted them again but not before contacting the Better Business Bureau too. They received the report from the BBB & said this situation was no laughing matter & it would be taken care of.

One more month goes by & I emailed them again asking for the purse or my money back, they responded to my email saying they were not ripping me off. Since then I have been sending numerous emails with no response from them. I had a account on their website www.flashytrend.com which I could access with my email address & password, shortly after requesting a refund my account was not accessible anymore (what a coincidence?).

I would like to take this company to court for my $80.00 but don't know how to begin. I see that other people have had the same problem only the company seems to have a new website address which I hope no one buys a single thing from, they are a ripp off! BEWARE OF www.nycfashions.net I would like other people to contact me to get together to sue this company and make sure they don't rip anyone else off! This company sounds familar to the company formerly called Flashy Trends that also has compliant listed.

UPDATE: I received my purse today; Tuesday, December 27th, 2005. Although I didn't receive the purse I actually paid for, I am just glad to get something rather than nothing from this company. It took over 6 months to get this but, I am just relievedn that this situation is finally solved. I will be very careful with any future internet shopping.

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THEM AND I THINK I WAS THE FIRST TO FILE AN COMPLIANT HERE, AND ALSO WITH THE ONLINE FRAUD COMPLIANT CENTER AND BBB OF NEW YORK.BUT SUPRISINGLY RECEIVED MY ORDER TODAY.
WAS WONDERING HAVE YOU RECEIVED YOURS IT TOOK MINDS 3MO SINCE 9/05.
