I purchased a Yorkshire Terrier puppy in June of 2006. A couple of days later, he started coughing, had diarrhea, and was uninterested in food (very odd, since when we first got him he devoured his food). I brought him back to the kennel club, and Sandra tried to reassure me it was nothing, and they would just give me some medicine for it. Somehow, I did not feel comfortable with that, and had some other issues, so I just wanted to return the puppy. After some hassle, she finally accepted it, and gave me a form that basically indicated I could come back and get a replacement puppy. There was no expiration on it, so I thought we could come back anytime for a replacement puppy.

Earlier this year, I saw, through their website, that their physical address had changed. My mother and I got directions, and set out there to find out where she had moved, and to either get a puppy, or our money back. We drove around for over an hour, and never saw the place. Businesses in the area never even heard of her. I got quite upset, especially since no one would pick up the phone. We lost about $1,400, and now have no way of getting it back because this lady disappeared without a trace.

I just want to be able to find her and get my money back. I don't appreciate this disappearing act one bit.
