New York Safety Council Locked out of access to course after successfully completing 2/3 of course. "800" support tel. # is NOT staffed. Malone

After successfully completing 2/3rds of their "on-line course" was "locked out" of the remainder of the course. They do not return any messages sent to them, and their "800" support tel. # appears to be un-staffed. They immediately place you on hold, and then leave you there "on-hold". The first call was placed on hold for a period of more than 35 minutes, and then disconnected! The next day, tried calling their "800" number and was placed on hold for over 50 minutes, before being disconnected. 

    Obviously they are not providing any support for their course. They give you a limited time to complete the course,  and then prevent you from doing so in a timely manner. Then they want to charge for the same fees to complete the course a second time.
