I have the exact same thing to say about these scrupulous people. I concur with the other ripoff report completely as the exact same thing happened to me.

This company faxes you things everyday which they cannot offer. They have the biggest scam in the world. THey will ask you to pay them first without shipping your items and they will not ship your items until they get your check. They will also not send you anything and play phone tag with you regarding your order not being sent out. I cannot believe this company still exists. Fortunately, I only paid them $32.00 because I didn't trust them, but wanted to give them a chance. This needs to be reported to the State Attorney's office and investigated. This is the most ridiculous business I have ever dealt with. They sit there and fraud companies all day long.

Basically its a scam, You will never see your products OR money ever again.

First off, I would like to say that numerous reports on this website have been fabricated. A "Derek B" claimed that he only paid us 32.00 and we never shipped to him. We are aware of who this person is pressing this allegation, however we are not naming names. Our company policy is that we do not accept any orders under the amount of 500.00. His order would not even been typed into an invoice if it was totaled 32.00.

I also wanted to state that backorders are not illegal. When a company has a high volume of orders, with high amounts of goods on each, it is completely common for the warehouse to run out of product to ship--this means they must WAIT until they have been replenished in order to fill shipments. Also, threatening the FBI will do no good because you DO recieve your product and if you dont you WILL get a refund in time. The FBI would not be interested in the case anyways because most of the orders are 1,000 and under and it is only a felony over 5,000.If you are currently awaiting a backorder, you have a few options. You may wait, and your order will be filled immediately following a shipment to the warehouse, or you may file for a refund of any items you have not recieved.

Also, this situation has been explained numerous times when customers call. We understand you need your product right away, but if we are unable to fill the order, we will inform you when you call. We've processed over 4, 000 orders in the past 7 months; due to the delayed shipment with our imported towels, soap and shampoo items we had been forced into a backorder status.

We do apologize for any items that have been backordered, please keep in mind that we do run into backordered situations when we deal with imported Soap, Shampoo and towels that may carry an American Name Brand but the Mills where the towels are manufactured are overseas in many situations.

Thank you for your patience and furthermore Thank you for giving us the opportunity to service your needs, however, if you cannot afford to wait for the backordered items to be received by the importers then please email our Refund Department of New York Textiles to expedite your request/need;
