I am a NY'er that required a hotel for a while. I went to this hotel for I assumed they were large and I would be able to work and re-coop from an accident. 

1. You beg for housekeeping

2. Getting toilet paper is unbelievable

3. If you have a laptop (cell phones work on anther sytem) you will fight for wifi. I was laughed at by their off-shore company. I LOST 17K which i had to repay to a company, 25K in fees, a total of 5 days of business  time trying to get wifi. 

This place is a dump in the 2nd worse area in NYC. 

I left and called the Mgr and he tried using $5 words with me but quite frankly told me I was the rude person. I was so sweet with everyone unless they couldnt get WIFI. Their "IT engineer" changed setting on my $7k laptop that I had to pay a tech online 100.00 to adjust. He was amazed.

The carpets are filthy, feet are balck, the furniture is never dusted, no one washes a bathroom floor, they are good for making a bed and throwing ot garbage. You get to sneeze every 10 minutes!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! NY HAS BETTER FOR LESS MONEY! NO ONE SHOULD PAY A HOTEL FEE OF 31.00 PLUS TAX!!
