Complaint Review: Newark-Wayne Community Hospital

This is a bit out of date however it would seem to me more proper to file this anyways separate from more recent occurrences and link back to this complaint as these other complaints are directly related. I believe that blue choice was charged for this and Because these visits in my opinion where not in anyway proper medical and in fact due to this would coase later medical costs to blue choice. I also believe I have been ripped off do to the cost of my time, Receiving nothing more then damages, etc.

I'm not going to give all the details because I have seriously been considering righting a book about this and if its not provable I believe I can get a medical professional to agree that this is fiction and im thinking that i can patent many aspects of what has happened as a creative work.

This accord somewhere between 2006-2007 some reason I tend to be in error and think it was 2008-2009.
At the time I believe i was 17 I may have been 18.  There has been a more recent occurrence in the past year or so with strong simulateritys that where related.

Around this time there where several MHAs, mostly do to false allegations and they kept lying to me as to what they where using the blood for and according to the bills from the insurance provider they where for drug tests. The hospital workers refused to let me leave intill i let them take my blood and sometimes urine sample. I felt that this went agents my spiritual beliefs.

I was under a MHA, I believe it was the time that someone tryed to kill me with a cocaine type raiser, and the police arrested me for suicidal attempts, then they gave us a appearance ticket for fighting. Generally the police would simply explain that there doing this because they could be held responsible do to the way the laws where written.  There where witnesses to this act, and the police said i tried to jump in front of there car without clarifying it was moving 1 or 2 mph where i banged on there car to signal them to stop.

At the hospital a nurse came in, Im not going to specifiy before or after the psych evaluation. She said that a brain inplant was going to be put into my brain and the only way "we can tell you anymore is if you agree to keep it a secret, and your going to die regardless". I said sure. She made me recall old storys told to me that went back to when I was 6 years old ironically i wouldn't have even remembered if it wasn't for her attempting to warp the memories . That signaled me that I may have been apart of a psychology experiment. That my family had a land patent that the government was likely to cover up. Storys about mob bank accounts. Never was sure if i should believed this or not. she essentialy told me that because when i was in the red jacket middle school, I asked the teachers if they thought abortion should be leagle because it kills a human being and referenced the ten commandments amongst other things  that i was going to end up a guinea pig, and that sororities where going to try to get the government to stick a brain implant in my head.  The teachers where out to get me in that school, and It was ether a coincler or pychatrist, that essentially said the same thing to me.

The lady tried to make me believe that this was international, japan, Russia etc. That this wasn't being done by the NSA or CIA. She attempted to place false memories and make it so everything doesn't add up,  just in case I told someone so i would look terminally ill.  Allot of her information appeared to be based on things I told other people. She explained that everything she told me was copyrighted by comedy central. chances are this is about patent trolling I had told people that i was thinking about writing a book about myself.

According to her the fbi had evidence of child pornography on me and that "we" the hospital workers want to chop it off. To me that signaled fbi framing, im pretty sure they where over 18. there was brainwashing to get me to kill my mother. death threats against me and my family. Some of this was more subliminal in nature, they must have thought I already wanted to do this. 

I was told fictional stories saying things like Steve jobs was going to be killed and how they did it threw a experiment, she went on to say that im not the only one apart of the experiments, she referenced ms13. She further explained that if i told anyone that they would believe i was trying to get hospital workers killed and i would never receive any real medical ever again.

she told me about certain upcoming government politics that i might see in the news. As far as im concerned they made me agree to all this crap and made me agree to being apart of experiments. Also she made me sign a yellow sheet saying that i concented to a brain implant and told me someone was going to take the paper home.

I was also told that they wanted to diagnose me as a schizophrenic, she told me about things that where going to accord later on, tried to stick thoughts as to accomplishing suicide into my mind. I was also explained that the fbi wanted me to move to Rochester for a pedophile bust, where they ultimately would have to arrest me but by me agreeing they could protect large numbers of youths. I agreed to anything they asked, i felt like my life was threatened. I didn't care if the stories, agreements, etc, where real or fake, this lady seemed ill and I didn't feel safe.

I dont believe it is necessary to repeat every detail, im just saying that this isent real medical and under the circumstances at the time I didn't feel safe telling law enforcement as it merely repeating this would mean that I would have symptoms of paranoia and a form of bipolar disorder. Why would I want to give law enforcement this much leeway to arrest me? why would i want to give hospital workers this much leeway to admit me to a psychiatric hospital?

I hope that this is approved for public release as this is the closest form of retribution that i can get from the hospital, that is if this or anything similar has happened to someone else thats been in there They can realize that its not there illness there being hypothetically speaking brainwashed and should take appropriate action to sue if capable.
