Complaint Review: Newdiaperclub.com

I had came across newdiaperclub in November 08 while on Ebay and purchased a years worth of diapers (swaddlers) to start Feb 09 ($400.00) as that was when my baby was due. February came and no diapers showed up so I contacted them via email and someone emailed me back (I do have all the contact info, just don't have it handy as I am at work) and said she would get my first order out, which did arrive, then came March and no diapers-so I emailed again and she told me I needed to fill out this new form but in the mean time she would go ahead and send me March-which she did. On April 20th or 21st I put my request in for my diapers and my May order did not show up. I emailed them again a few days ago and didn't get a response, I tried calling the telephone number on the website and all it did was ring and ring, tried emailing again and still no response!! So I started looking on the internet and came across you and many other unhappy parents who fell for this scam. I have called my credit card company but they have to investigate this, paypal couldn't do anything as it was outside of the 45 days. I called Sgt. Bredenbeck at New Hanover Sheriff's Department and hopefully he will be returning my call tomorrow. I also filed an internet fraud report. This has been a lousy start for a first time Mom, who was trying to simplify her life, not to mention being out $400.00
I haven't been the only victim as websites are popping up all over the internet with parents complaining about this business.
