Complaint Review: UPS

Newegg.com - UPS Ripoff Newegg was helpful but I still had problems but I would still buy from them ups I dont really have a choice Atlanta Georgia

first i would like to say it was not really new eggs fault. it was my ups guy who threw the package at my wall hard enuff that it dented the box it then fell to the ground and i heard it two rooms away while i was watching tv. all because he did not want to walk around to reach my door.... i opend it up and it looked ok. olny one of the boxes on the inside were dented but i did not see anything wrong with it nothing chiped or cracked so i thought i would give it a try it did not work so i contacted ups because i felt it was there fault. they told me to contact new egg and that there was nothing they could do about it. so i contacted new egg i was told i could send it back and get a refund or i could have one of the parts the one that was most likely the one that was broke. replaced so i tryed to get a replacement. i than got my part it still had the same problem. befor i got a chance to get into contact with new egg agian ups called me up i told them what happen so far how i dont know what part is broke but i thought i should get them all replaced or refunded they told me they would talk to new egg and get me a full refund shiping included i found that odd but i waited a while to see if it was gono work. after a few days i called ups back i was told because i all ready got a rma from new egg they told ups that olny one part was broke so they would not give me a refund.i told them i told the the ups person that called me that i had a rma but it did not solve my problem so it must be another part and at any rate my package that they sent was damaged they said they were sorry but there was nogthing they could do now.. so after about a month of dealing with it i just did not want to deal with it any more
i wanted a refund what ever i could get because it was geting to be more problem than it was worth to me...so i contacted new egg another time i was then was told i could get a refund for all but the shipping and the cpu at that point i just wanted to be done with it so i took it i had a few mixups with the rma but nothing big i guess no one can refund the cpus but the maker who in this case was amd i contacted them they told me they could replace it and that was all they would do so now i have a cpu and nothing i can do with it oh and i now have a new ups guy guess i was not the olny one that had a problem with him...
