I recently purchased a new computer on May 29th 2013 along with a Microsoft Sidewinder keyboard and wireless network card.  I paid to have everything shipped next day.  As soon as I received the computer I used the quick setup guide provided by iBUYPOWER.  First thing the computer blue screened so I called iBUYPOWER and was told that since I got it through newegg they couldn't help me.  So I called NewEgg.  The first phone call they sent me to a survey asking me how if they solved my problem then hung up.  The second call they offfered me the shipping in the form of newegg credit but IU had to send the computer back which is understandable but then I find out that they ship it back UPS ground which takes 5 business days.  Keep in mind Fedex delivered it at 2:45 on May 30th and UPS picked it up at around 6:15 pm to return it.  It takes 6 days to get to NewEgg in Whittier, CA and then another 5-7 days to verify the computer was defective.  Now newegg says if it was damaged they would send me a new one right away but because the said problem is the Graphics Card it is now defective and they cant even issue a refund until June the 5th or the 6th because of end ofthe day delivery and they have to physically have the item so all in all I bought $1916 worth of product and they already have my money and I have no product which I paid for.  They even spoke with my father and told him that they would receive it today only to connect him to another representative and be told no it was shipped ground which we knew from the beginning.  So NewEgg has about $1,816 dollars worth of my product cause they have my money but can't send me a replacement for almost 2 weeks when there product was broken.

I have spoken with Amy the supervisor and my father spoke with another one all we have been getting are lies.  NewEgg will post on here that they will take a look but when we call all My father and myself get are excuses why you can take my money and not send me a new computer.  Whats really sad is I am a retired marine that is unable to drive and I thought NewEgg would be a good site to use as I have purchased products from you before.  Now that you have exactly $1913.40 from me which the computer was $1699 plus tax I sit with your rebuttal which is about as good as having my wireless network card and no computer to install it in.
