I ordered a brand new printer. They shipped a used printer and the wrong model. I contacted them immediatley and let them know about the mistake. They said to me "no worries", ship it back and they will reimburse me for shipping and refund me the cost of the printer within 3 to 5 days of receiving it. I shipped it UPS so I have a tracking number and confirmation that they have recieved it. I saved all of the correspondence between us just in case they wouldnt issue my refund. It has been a month and they have not issed my refund and they have stopped communicating with me.
