Newman & Henry and Susan Henry Employment Scam, Personal Information Scam, Credit Report Fraud. Birmingham Alabama
I received an email from a company called, Newman & Henry, concerning a job I had applied for on Indeed.com. DO NOT respond to their request! Report them immediately as FRAUDULENT and Credit Report thieves! They send you an email telling you that their client is further interested in pursuing you as a possible employee. Then they tell you to follow a link for additional questions pertaining to the job listed. Once that is completed you are then told that a credit report is necessary to complete the application. They give you the link for CreditReport.com's 7-day trial for $1 and require you, once signed up for the 7-day trial, to send them your membership ID number. DO NOT DO THIS!
