bought property July 2012 with orbit managing the property   all went well until January 2013 
then no rent after a week or so late sent emails
i then received an email informing me in detail that their rent collector was killed and robbed
but that they would make good any loss
when Februaries rent never arrived i waited until about the start of April
was informed they had no one  to visit the property but when they did the tenant had gone
this is a possible 12 weeks lying open as yet after repeated emails they have not advised of the condition
good news after the hint of legal action they have "transferred me to garner management Detroit"
still have to find out the repair cost
