hello i am edwina cowell a Businessman Based in Usa iLLINOIS  I  Contacted  a company Based  In France marseille   for my purchased for  ruler we met Via alibaba   and we  started  discussing  and  he told me his name  is ludovic noupiple and That he has  a  company    and That  he would supply  it  to me he gave me the following Number    for contact 0033651919992    he used  to contact me via  a voip numebr and email    we  agreed That i would purchased from him 4000  rulers   for the price  of 1200$ and  he told me to wire the    Money Via  western Union  and  That   everything would  be ok  i send him the money and  i have proof  after That he kept asking for other  money  he is a  thief  when i contacted alibaba  i discovered  That he is  a  agent  in a company in France and That  he  has  been scamming other people i have their proof  ludovic  noupiple    is  a  black and  has  no company and must pay for his crime  this is his facebook link  https://www.facebook.com/lulusapoprince  he  has  also scammed  eddy Pham  at alibaba  and Many Other people  be careful of  ludovic  Noupiple
