Complaint Review: NewSun Energies

NewSun Energies Failed to fulfill contract. Not completeing installation. Contracted May 8, 2017 as of December 26, 2017 still not connected, lied about reasons, lied about me allowing access, lied about El Paso Electric and refuse to respond to my requests. Tempe Arizona

On May 8, 2017 I contracted with NewSun Energies to provide, install and connect a solar panel system on my house. I was informed that the work would be completed no later than July 2017. More than likely earlier, that they set July just to be safe. As of today December 26, 2017 my system installation is not complete. NewSun Energies employees have given many excuses. Everything from blaming El Paso Electric to the contractor and technicians they hired to install my system. I have recordings if these excusesif needed. They have attacked me saying I am refusing access to my property. I have recordings of our conversations proving otherwise. Only 1 time I requested to wait until I spoke with my attorney. I have recordings, emails and text messages of me asking to resolve this after I had spoke to my attorney. Shortly after they found out that I had multiple Veterans Administration Dr. appointments, the stopped communicating with me altogether. I now assume the feel that since I am a disabled veteran they can take advantage of me. I just don't know. In any regards, they are not doing what they contracted to do.
