newyorkblooms.com New York Bloom Sent wrong items, cannot contact customer service

An order was placed for flowers and wine to be delivered. The flowers were drooping and the wrong wine was sent, but in addtion to this package there were other customer's reciepts and messages sent with the box and a greasy napkin. It looked like someone just tossed all the paperwork and their lunch napkin in there. 

We tried to contact customer service, but no luck via email, voicemails, and social media. We made comments on their social media pages and they just deleted them. This is a company that just takes money and is hard to reach.
