Item #221667588111 was listed by newyorksteelerfan on ebay. It was a 1960 U.S. Open Scorecard "signed" by Arnold Palmer. I requested more information from seller. His information that was in the listing is what he refered me to. I told him that I had exactly the same thing as he was selling, and thought there were over hundreds, maybe thousands of the same item. As it was taken directly out of Mr. Palmer's book, "Memories, Stories, and Memorabilia". I contacted PSA, and asked them to check this out, telling them it is a "fake" original autograph taken out of his book. I was given the  number of JSA/COA from the lady at PSA, stating that is is original...the number given is L85432. More conversation, and she told her supervisor about this, and I did tell him that same information, it was taken out of Mr. Palmer's book, and PSA authenticated it as original according to his (seller), information on the listing. The supervisor and I had a couple emails about this, with him stating the only information that could be given to me already has, and they PSA could not respond to a 3rd Party, (such as me), with specifin seller information.

Long story short...per PSA they requested the item to be returned to them, and it was taken off the ebay listing. The item was exactly that, a copy of the original with Mr. Palmer's signature (not original), with hundreds in not thousands of the same in the book.

Did PSA make a mistake and the seller took advantage of it...as I would like to know the truth whatever it may be.
