Nex-tech Deceitful, misleading, manipulative 5550 Executive Dr #350, Florida
My company and I are opening a medical spa. We need software for our office. Nextech was a company we found online. We went through several demonstrations with their sales guy. We decided to go with them because they stated that we could have unlimited downloads of their software on several devices (e.g. iPad, PC, laptop, etc). And we only wanted to ensure that we could have 4 active users on their software at anytime. In the sales proposal, we were told we could do this. After signing the contract and getting to implementation we were told differently.
We tried to cancel the contract and get a refund because we were misled. Rich Kulovany, VP of sales, jumped on a call with us. He said, "all contracts are final - no refunds".
Now we are locked in a contract that was misrepresented. The sales guy was very deceiving and manipulating because he stated the software could perform one way and then we find out after we signed the contract that it doesn't function that way.
Dealing with them since this discovery has been a major pain, frustration, and obstacle for our business. I would not recommend their organization to anyone.
