I was placed under situational employment for NexGen Capital Consultants. During my time there, I was not paid for services rendered. It is now come to my attention that both Contractors and Full Time employees have set up Small Claims Court suits and filed issues with the Department of Labor in Chicago.
I have verified that at least 4 people are owed back pay, while other engagements continue in purusance to issues surrounding the management and payment situations with this firm. There has been no contact from the CEO founder in relation to paying and judgments have been placed against the company (not the owner). However, paychecks are not signed off and the initial conversations have in shape or form eluded to an inability to pay for services while employed (W-2, W-4, etc.).

If seeking employment, I would hesitate or be EXTREMELY cautious in how any form of payment is stipulated or agreed upon.
