Got caught up in scam to get free iPod Mini if you ordered from a list of companies. I regretably ordered a "free" trial period from Nexiderm.

First of all, I did not receive the product until 7 days into the 10 day "free" trial. There was no way humanly possible to return the product in 10 days without spending a fortune on over night shipping.

I called customer service at Nexiderm; the one time they actually answered the phone. I have tried many, many times since and always get a recording. Can't even leave a message for them to return your call?

I tried to explain my problem to the young CS guy and all I was told over and over again was that it would be "automatically billed" after 10 days. I told him, no it would not be "automatically billed" because I did not give them permission to charge my account. I forbid them to debit my account.

I shipped the product back the very next day, which would be day 8 and e-mailed them the tracking number and a bogus cancellation number from the Customer Service man. To date, my numerous e-mails to this place have not been answered or even acknowledged.

The 10th day was the week end, so lo and behold, on Tuesday morning of the next week, I checked my balance on my account and there was their charge. I was so angry! They had billed my account for $89.95 when I forbid them to charge me any further charges!

To date, it has been 12 days since I returned their product to them but have they returned my money? No. I have e-mailed them once a day for over a week now asking for my money back. No response to e-mails and never answer the phone. Why hasn't someone stopped these people? They are liars; rip-off artists and most importantly, dishonest business people. I use the word "business" lightly! There has to be some sort of agency that can stop this kind of scam. I don't know if I'll have to get my attorney to get my money back or what!
