9/5/2008 I purchased 2 toner cartridges model E352H11A-C (Compatible Lexmark High Page Yield Return Program Toner Cartridge (9000 Page Yield) (E352H11A)). After using only 10% of the toner, the cartridge starts leaking toner all over the printouts.

Over a months duration, I sent and email requesting an RMA, a voicemail, and then eventually another email. I never received a single communication back. They just ignored me entirely.

They are clearly a tiny entity of a company with zero customer service. Beware of buying anything from these crooks.
