Regarding Nexon America

To Whom It May Concern,

I am emailing to complain about Nexon America, a branch of Nexon which is located in Los Angeles, California. Customers/players of MapleStory in the global server suffer from the selfishness of a guild in the server Scania. That guild's name is Excellent. For almost a month, Excellent have blocked the Horntail Cave from the rest of the people in that server by using their spare accounts and characters to sit all night and would not leave. GMs are often unavailable in-game when the players ask for assistance. When they are actually in the game hosting events, and players use the supermegaphones to notify the GMs of the holding, the GMs ignore their pleas.

Many of us have filed complaints and logged 'tickets' using Nexon America's system of contact. We messaged them numerous times, and almost every time they give an automated message, and say that "they will further investigate the issue and take action"; yet all they've done was disconnect those characters blocking the cave for a few days (Excellent re-entered the cave right after their characters were disconnected), and GMs just gave up.

Seeing that emailing Nexon America isn't working, some of us started emailing BBB, Better Business Bureau, to help us resolve the issue.
