Well, let me start this off by saying, how many people here have spent countless amounts of money trying to get that one amazing EXP hair style?
I know i have, last night my boyfriend spent around 30$ trying to get Wild West hair, Known as Furry now.
Well, i decided to post this to show you guys how Nexon scams people in the community.
I also spent a whopping 40$ on her hair, trying to get Four Tail Braids, the EXP hair in henesys.
Well after not getting it, I began digging and found a post on Sleepywood.net
Where it officially states that a User Submitted a ticket to Nexon america, And they responded, that they understood the hair was glitched and they were working to resolve this issue.
Now who here has EVER read on Maple Global that the hair was glitched? and not to spend money on it?
The hair is no longer available? Well thanks for telling one person in the entire community.
I Think nexon told absolutely no one, in the hopes of having people like us spend countless dollars on hair that doesnt exist, just to laugh at us later.
This is my current ticket.
It reads:
"I just spent $30 in henesys trying to get the fourtail braids hairstyle, only to find out that all the EXP hair in the latest patch doesn't come up. I would really appreciate some form of compensation for spending this money, seeing as how I looked and looked on the mapleglobal site and found nothing remotely stating that the recent EXP hair was unattainable. If not, then at least have the decency to inform the maple community about the glitch so that more people don't waste there money on this.
There is a the site where I found out that Nexon was well aware of the fact that EXP hair is glitched. How can Gms admit to one person that there is problem, and then not inform the maple community that there is an issue, while allowing them to waste so much money on something that doesn't exist?

I think if nexon wants to play games like this with our money, we should boycott NX.
All those users out there who searched for that hair, report a ticket right now demanding money back!
If my ticket doesnt get resolved, im calling the building office in california and filing a complaint the old fashion way.
I just went and Searched Sleepy.net and look at what i found?
A post saying nexon 100% admitted it was gone, where is the post on the Nexon site? Nowhere. Nexon, we demand refunds!

From my understanding, Experimental hair is just that, an experiment. Experiments are never meant to be permanant, thus can be removed or change at any point nexon wishes. They do not need to inform you if they decide to remove it for any reason.
Also, it is understandable what you mean, however, before purchasin ANYTHING anywhere on the web or in real life, it is recomended that you research the item before hand...Especially on a game. its very important to be well informed about purchasing game items. With exp hair, there are many sites that post what is available and what has been removed for whatever reason. You are expected to do such checks before wasting money on an item such as that. refunds are not available for user negligence. I also just posted in a report where the user purchased server change without paying attention to the rules and thus resulting in a permanant ban after attempting to get a refund through paypal(nx fraud).
This is also a good example that people need to learn how to be informed better.
I hope people use this as a lesson....

Hello Fellow Mapler,
I'm sorry to hear about the situation your in. As a reminder the Exp Hair Coupon is for a random hair cut. Even though your hair style was temporarily removed you could have spent that much and still not get that hair cut. I don't feel it was a rip off. I wish you luck in your quest for a refund but it's a very arguable case that you have. Arguable from both sides that is. Unfortunately it appears odds are against you.
