Complaint Review: NEXONTA

NEXONTA NSF CHEQUE STILL HAS NOT BEEN MADE GOOD ON AFTER ALMOST 3 YEARS,AND HUEY JOHN ,OWNER OF NEXONTA, NEXONTA TECHNOLOGIES,OFFSHORE CALL CENTER STILL FINDING EXCUSES AND TRYING TO WIGGLE OUT OF COMMITTMENT Toronto, Ontario Canada

Nexonta,Nexonta Technologies,offshore call centre,all represented by Huey John,are finding all kinds of excuses not to make good on a partial salary payment cheque by NEXONTA that bounced almost 3 years ago.After waiting almost a month to get a salary payment,I went to NEXONTA's offices to get paid.I did this on 2 occassions. After getting a cheque that bounced I went there again to let NEXONTA's new employees know what was awaiting them. THey all left after hearing my story.The Quebec Labor Board Went after NEXONTA,but NEXONTA left the province.

I was eventually able to track NEXONTA and Huey John down,after they had moved several times,and started calling him for payment.He made lots of promises that he would send me a certified cheque,I even have emails from Huey John to thsat effect,as well as recorded messages. Huey John is a shamless and unethical business person who constantly lies and does everything to get out of his committments. THE BOTTOM LINES IS.BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH A PERSON THAT BOUNCES AN EMPLOYEES PAYROLL CHEQUE. To find excuses almost 3 years later not to make good on a NSF payroll cheque proves how unethical Huey John is.
