Complaint Review: Nexscard.com

Nexscard.com New Hyde park I was hit with fraud since may 30 th of 2018 , I'm currently going threw repeated and very poor frustrating customer service who seems to not care nor cater to it's loyal customers .I've been constant with them on the phone with different representative's who will lie just to get you off the phone . However i'm still waiting for the money to be posted back on my card. it's very fraudulent to charge customer's , 2 dollars charge for every time I/you call to speak to customer service which in layman terms ... just to even find a quick solution to my problem which , To me they are creating them self's i'm being charged just to acquire about my affairs. the mercher has not responded to them , which is what i was told that's all they were waiting for , then proceeded to tell me my money will be back posted july 8 at 6. after everything is said and done they and who else i come across who has the same card will know the truth. long island New York

FOR THE FRUSTRATIONS I'VE BEEN PUT THREW , THEY WILL LOSE A LOYAL CUSTOMER !!!! I'M CURRENTLY DEALING WITH THEM AS WE SPEAK ONLY TO BE LIED AND CONNECTED TO ANOTHER REPRESENTATIVE WHO ALSO WILL LIE .TRUST AND BELIEVE I WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. WAITING FOR WHAT IS RIGHTFULLY MINES TO BE UPLOADED BACK TO MY CARD , THEN I WILL CANCEL MY SERVICES WITH THEM. A FACEBOOK REPORT WILL BE UPDATED AND WEBSITES THAT CAN HELP .NOT EVEN THE SUPERVISORS /MANAGERS /FLOOR MANAGERS CARE TO HELP !!!! AT 10 AM TODAY JULY 9TH 2018 AGAIN NOW A DISPUTE MANAGER LOL IS ALLEGEDLY CALLING ME BACK TODAY.

I just want to say THANKYOU , they corrected their wrong after one day of me making a complaint ! THANKYOU AGAIN I TRULY BELIEVE IT WAS YOU ED THAT GOT THREW TO THEM .

If any one has a no problem being treated as such , that's their prerogative not mines i will not ! Please re-read my initial complaint WHICH SIMPLE STATES I WAS HIT WITH " FRAUD " which is beyond my control , and also has nothing to do with paying bills on time . You can't cry wolf for what " actually " happen . ((( WHO RAISED YOU ))) ? READING IS FUNDAMENTAL .

 You go from delivery and set up right to you being late in making payments. In other words, right from the start you aren't making your payments on time. You come here now to who've and cry about the collection process YOU turned on! If you don't want their bill collectors to call you, then do what you agreed to do...pay your bills on time! Of course, in order to set up a smoke screen, you now have all these "problems" with this thing. Right. Sure.
