Company post Credit Guard fee monthly, that I did not sign up for .....

I was charged a credit guard fee of $19.95 per month for the past 18 months. I did not authorize or sign up for this service. I do all my banking with this company on the internet. The statements that show up on my internet account do not show the entire month only within a 7-10 day period so in the past months I had never noticed the charge. Next card offers alerts on line that can be set to alert if any charge is posted to my account and I reconcile that with my receipts, and I am notified by e-mail.

I have never recieved any email for these charges. When I was reviewing my bank staement last week I noticed the $19.95 charge. I pulled out my records and noticed it was charged every single month, yet I recieved no notification of these postings. I sent NextCard an e-mail stating I did not authorize this service, and that I wanted it to be canceled and that I wanted documnetation stating that I indeed requested this service.

They informed that the only way they will provide that information was for me to send them a supoena requesting such. I thought that to be rediculous, and it gave me the impression that they had something to hide, and that they must be doing it to other customents like myself.
