Next Card RIp off deceptive company Norcross Georgia
I had my balance transferred to another credit card company. So I threw out my next card as they told us to. They were paid off by the other company so no need to keep the card right?
Well they credit card company changes my last 8 digits of my account number and continues to charge me for the full amount even though it was completely paid off. I paid an additional 75.00 just to make sure I wasn't late during the transfer process.
Now they are not only charging me for something that has been paid off, but are charging me late fews and finance charges.
The original payoff was 3743.49 on October 31 2002. They now say I owe 3,900. There is no way to reach these people and actually talk to someone. I have tryed and tryed. They had better not reported to the credit bureau or I will really be angry. I will check.
