Complaint Review: Next Card

I don't glad and piss off with that company because lack of communcation and not on time for mail service. And that company of Nextcard closed itself by the bank takes them and set up payment monthly with high interests 24.5!!!!!! I feel not trust and not safe with them for me.

I want to canel the old NextCard account. I can look for another credit card with be honest and right reason interests for transfers.

I have hard time to find the right telephone number to talk them in live talk but they don't have their telephone number. Only use at Online. I have hard time to reach online but they often not response on website. They make me more frustrated and stress.

I wonder can you help me to cancl the old account and look for a new credit card to keep payment up until pay off with lowest interests or none.

Let you know that I am deaf person and have a hard time to use coomuncation by phone and computer. I don't appericate with that company as really rip off and dirty business.
