I have had nothing but trouble with this card from first billing.
I used this card for one thing and one thing only.
Fraud charges were filed 3 times and they still adding one of them every month.

I paid on line to keep from being late and they charge me for being late because I entered the check number. $35.00. First time paid on line.

Dear Ms. Haynes,

I am in receipt of your email requesting credit of late fees and failure to prevent fraud on your account. In response to the late fees, as a courtesy, NextCard has credited your account for 2 late fees in the total of $70.

These will credit within the next two business days but may take up to 2 billing cycles to reflect on your statement.

While having an unauthorized charge on your account may seem like a failure on NextCards behalf to prevent fraud, in this case, the dollar amounts, merchant type and other aspects did not raise initial concern with NextCard.

Our records indicate that the charges have been submitted back to the merchant and credited to your account.

If we can be of any further assistance, please contact us directly.

Sincerely,

Cathy Hudson
