Next Day Blinds makes many false statements to trick shoppers into making a purchase. For example

1. NDB sells 2 brands, Hunter Douglas and Great Windows (their own brand which is a generic knockoff of all the Hunter Douglas products). Salespeople will tell you that their own brand has many superior qualities like better energy-efficiency, better UV protection, enhance child safety features, etc. I looked into these claims and they are all false! The Hunter Douglas products are vastly superior and well worth that slight difference in price.

2. NDB salespeople will tell you point blank that they offer the most affordable prices on Hunter Douglas products in the area. This is false -- I shopped around and found better prices at several other local retailers.

3. NDB salespeople told me that I shouldn't buy Hunter Douglas products anywhere else becasue they were the only retailer that used full time professional installers and not contractors. Shortly after this I met with one retailer and his staff of installers of whom 3 had been employed as full time professional installers for longer than NDB had been in business.
4. The list could go on for much longer

To keep this short, I heard many false statements that made me suspicious. When I started asking around friends and family, I learned of many bad experiences with NDB. My advice -- don't use them!
