On 02/16/2018, I purchased a Digital HDTV “Bandit Antenna” on-line from website: “http://www.offer.cutthecordfreetv.com”, and sold by a “Next Gen Company”,  apparently shipping from a location: “Next Gen, 13507 Van Nuys Blvd., #4580, Pacoima, CA 91333-4580”, which is actually a USPS P.O. Box located in the city of Pacoima, CA.

The Antenna was advertised for a “Special Price Offer” of $35.74 Dollars, with free S&H, then charged my Credit Card for $42.32 Dollars, While also the product arrived defective with a broken Antenna Amplifier, a “cut off” cable on the Amplifier cord. When I attempted to contact Vendor, multiple times, via e-mail and telephone I never got an answer at all, and I could not get credited for the excess amount charged (additional charges of $6.58 Dollars).

To this day I was not able to obtain reparation or rewstitution, I believe this Company is a a fraud and an on-line scam catcher. I do not recommend buying this Digital Bandit Antenna at all, besides the Antenna does not have or perform with the signal strength, or boost the the signal to my TV as it is advertised on-line, it deceiving and unreliable.
