Hello,

on 01/27/2018 @04:27p.m. MT, I ordered via the web-site one HD Antenna and one Amplimfier. The product arrived after Superbowl. The send and charged me two antennas. Also, they charge dme for the amplifier, which is included the antenna.

Order Numbers are: 577599 and 577605

I tried to use the 60 money back guarante, but this didn't work well. The reason to return th eproduct is, that I got only three channels (the offer was around 80!). They stated, that they can only refund a portion from the price due to the restocking fee. Since I had to pay for shipping anyway I agreed to keep it and get a full refund for one antenna. I send back the other antenna RMA #1517 9647 6310 2716 524; return address is Rabbit Full Fillment 12924 Pierce Str in Pacoima, CA 91331.

After careful reading the initial offer again, I changed my mind and decided to return both antennas. I called customer service and had a very rude CSR, which cut in to my speech and refused to forward my call to his supervisor.
