Next Generation Technology - NGTech - ITSNT - Lalit Deo - Namita Deo - Kavitha/Kavita Jagadish Guttikonda NGTech violated labor laws, immigration laws and ethics and still operate with impunity. Internet
NG Tech violated several labor and employment laws and are daring me to go to Dept of Labor. I have not been paid in 2.5 months.
I was lured into the company by Lalit Deo, CEO of NGTech with the story that he was an upcoming business who wanted my expertise in Supply Chain to build out his supply chain practice and bring new business to the company in April'09. He started the hiring process for me in May and gave me the position of VP of Supply Chain and new business development. He promised me the job at $100,000.00 + expenses and started the H1 transfer process. After a couple of weeks, he told me that I should start looking at a bids site and start making proposals for NGTech which I did. I even submitted a proposal to State of Utah as the VP of NBD on behalf of NGTech. While I was working on several proposals, I started getting worried since they hadnt provided me a receipt of H1 transfer for over 1.5 months.
After many phone calls and voicemails, Kavitha in HR came back to me and told me that the application wasnt complete and they needed more information from me. I was aghast, it had been over 2 months and my H1 wasnt even processed yet! The CEO came with an excuse that he needed me to pay for the transfer which would be refunded once I start getting paid. They asked me to pay $3400 so things could go smooth. Anyway, I paid that and also collected all information for my H1 immediately and sent to them and subsequently they started processing it which took almost 3 months.
Once my H1 was transferred, their tune changed. They said that their venture capital funding wasnt in place yet so they would like me to find a job and become billable as a consultant and once the funding came, I would be offered the VP position. I found a project soon after but then they came up with a whole set of "employment agreement" documents that I was required to sign for them to consider me an employee which was never revealed to me for the first 3.5-4 months.
I refused to sign it ofcourse because now I started suspecting their intentions and the agreement was so out of the ordinary, violating not only our verbal agreements but also First amendment rights.
Now they are holding my H1 and my billing dollars+H1 transfer fees and I havent been paid for the past 3 months. We reached an agreement that they would transfer my H1 and we will part ways but they are not helping in that either. No one answers my calls or responds to my VM or emails.

Alabama,Definition of Unprofessionalism - Lalit Deo

It is indeed no surprise to me that Lalit has been accused of defrauding his employees. My opinion is based off a few email exchanges we had recently. The background is that I applied for a position, Lalit responded requesting information. I never heard back from him so I followed up, but once again never heard back. Out of frustration, I sent him a professional email explaining the lack of professionalism on his side. Please find one of his responses below (Please be advised that he has used a lot of profanity and it is not suitable for children):
"You are a m*f*, this country is not belongs to you. And I make 10 times more than you f*. Call my boss and find out from him about me. As I told you before 80 project managers are working for me. This means, they report it to me, f*. Try to understand English, f* ….. You worked for fortune 500 companies this means you are a worker. But I employ people like you, f*. Please do not try to teach me. If you need a job, come here I will provide you a job with $120K Salary."
Thanks
Regards
Lalit Deo

Mr Deo please stop fooling people around. My case is being investigated by the Department of labor (Illinois). They should soon (or may be already have started investigating) all your manipulations with the account books. Moreover you have filed for bankruptcy on March 18 already. This would enable you to escape all frauds and scams and pending dues you owe to the employees /ex-employees.

Hi Friends,
I am not an employee of NGTECH, but i worked for NGTECH for one project for 1 month in 2008. NGTECH has to pay my company around $12000. Till date my company didn't receive any payment from NGTECH. Called them( Sales dept, Accounting Dept, Headquaters etc.) several times, they used to take calls till Aug, 2009 starting but after that they stopped taking calls. No response to the voicemails whatsoever.
Lalit if you find this wrong, please email me I would like to talk to you.
Thanks,
Sanjay.

Next Generation technology: The Fraud Saga continues
#9UPDATE EX-employee responds
Mon, October 05, 2009
Next Generation Technology is an active body shopping company with fraudulent methods and is still continuing to cheat many aspiring skilled workers inUSA .
Namita Deo and her siblings run the business in USA and have more than 10 people I
know personally having suffered in this organization.
USA
was at stake and had a hard time leaving NGT.
India .
NGT didnt run the payroll of these employees leaving them in a situation where
they could not join any other company. Basically, leaving no option but to be
at their mercy. I was offered to work as a client relationship manager and to
build BI technology competency center. Later, I realized there was
something fishy and there were no payroll and everyday they promised to start
the same next week. After three months, I decided to move on to a project and
then started another round of hurdles.
They have been luring Indian and American IT workers with hefty pay and bright career and once they join the organization, they are left wondering where they landed.
I have been one of the victims and have not been paid for almost 7 months last year. Finally I had to escape and recently joined another company. My legal status of working in the
I was working with a reputed IT company before joining NGT and soon after the company filed my H1B visa in 2007, they stopped responding and I had then to travel to Chicago literally because I had no where to go after I quit my previous job. I was thrown into a so called Guest house where tens of people are stacked together who have no projects and NGT had somehow brought them over form other companies in US and
Even after I was getting billed from my client, I was not paid my salaries and this continued, when I finally had to call it a day and transferred my visa to another company. I have not been paid for almost 8 months in the tenure of 12 months I have worked with NGT. I had filed for H1B of one of my friends through NGT and after the rejection of the H1B in the lottery, NGT Lalit Deo/Namita Deo has not been responding to my friend who has more than $3000 at stake. These are just a few instances amongst 100 other fraud cases.
I have hired an attorney who is currently working on the case against NGT to recover my unpaid dues. He has complained to the DOL and USCIS but surprisingly the response from the authorities have been very slack. I filed the case in April 2009 and is still continuing.
Please beware of this company and so called many sister concerns these people have started to channelize the funds of the company into some black box. One among them is ABPII (http://www.abpii.com/). To add to the list of the fraudsters in the previous report, please be aware of Misbah Syed (COO of ABPII). He has been absconding since Oct 2008 and nowhere to be traced.
