This place is a joke. I was first told that I would be approved for a loan based on my companies revenue by Michael, and to expect a phone call back Friday afternoon with a offer. Never heard anything  back, I call Monday and speak to Jarred, he said he had my file and he would call me back Tuesday. Tuesday never received a call back so I call Wednesday and Michael is no were to be found, and Jarred said I wasn't approved. Run the other way people.

Im not getting anyone confused. Roland sat there and told me that he went to high school with his underwritters, and he would be able to get me a approval based on my business bank statements. He never mentioned not one thing about a credit score, if that were the case I would have had someone else from my business apply with better credit. My company has been in existance for 3 years. Your "sales representitive" never called me on Monday, and I have a phone bill to prove it. I called Roland, he ignored my call so I called the main 1800 number and asked for Roland and Jarred said he would be helping me from this point forward, and he would call me back, which he never did. I called today 04/30/2014 and Jarred was very very rude, and said that he spoke with me to tell me I was declined.

Roland told me that I would be approved based on my bank statements that I sent him, and he could get me funding very fast. So do you really want to go there with me NLF? Consult your legal team, I can say whatever I want, and post whatever I want about your POS company and I have proof to back it all up, including recorded phone calls and emails..

Hello Sir,

I spoke with our sales team to understand the issue.  We believe you are confusing us with another company.  We are currently seeking legal advice as well as actions available to us through Rip Off Report for false reporting.

After receiving your application at the end of day Thursday, our Sr. Sales Representative followed up with you on Friday. A conversation was had and it was documented that you were anxious to receive funding for your business. Our representative then explained why we would most likely not be able to fund your business and also the reasons why we would not have a final response for you until the following week:

  • Your recently submitted deal to multiple companies had been declined due to too few deposited items and other failed requirements
  • You had a low daily average balance for March and too many overdrafts
  • You did not meet our Minimum Time in Business Requirement
  • You did not meet our minimum FICO requirements

Regardless of the low chances for approval, we marked your request as urgent and rushed to pursue an offer for you. We clearly stated that we would be back in touch with you on Monday.

On Monday morning, our representative followed up with you and explained we would not be able to fund your business. Because we were not confident that we would be able to get you approved, we recommended that we not continue to run your credit multiple times and you agreed, thanking us for our advice. We then wrapped up the call on good terms.

We then received another call from you today where you said you had never spoken with us. We reminded you that we spoke on Monday and again explained why we would not be able to work with you. You denied that we spoke and then hung up the phone.

We understand that many times in our business, people speak with multiple companies. Please make sure that you don’t have us mixed up with another company.  We have a record of every call and email documenting this process with you.

We apologize in anyway if our sales team was unable to assist you, but we confirmed internally that all customer service protocols were properly followed. Our team tried everything to work with you but the minimum requirements were not met and we explained this to you in detail.

Thank you,

Next Level Funding
