I was contacted by Ralph Destin who was trying to get me to sign up for his mortgage leads services. He said that I should receive between 25 and 30 leads per month. I signed up for 6 months and paid $2100 upfront. By the end of the first month I had 6 leads, one of which did not fit the criteria that I had choosen. The others had partial information and one couldn't even speak English.
I tried calling them several times to discuss the disappointing results and they will not return my call. Mr. Destin had also said I would hear from him every Thursday to see how things were going. Never heard a word from him. This company also markets as Easy Direct Quotes. Avoid them like the plague. They are definitely scamming everyone they can sucker into signing up.

Ralph Destin called and explained that even though he said I should get 25 to 30 leads a month that it was an average and I should give it a longer period of time. Today is March 7th which is 1.5 months in and total lead count is 11 leads. He said he was out of town in conferences and that is why he hasn't called on Thursdays to see how things were going. He also said the 4 messages I left with Peter Korahais were never received. Mr. Destin said that he could increase my lead flow but since then I have only received 1 lead. I explained I would prefer a credit and only pay for the time I was on the service but he said that was not an option. His main concern was me retracting my statements regarding this report and that his company may sue me for slander. I told him you cannot be sued for telling the truth and now I have the conversation recorded where he said he had told me I would receive 25 to 30 leads a month so I am not worried. I really want this to work out and I hope the company will stand behind its sales pitch. I told him I would like to talk again on March 24th to review the situation at that point. I will update after that point.
