Next Level Networks, Mr Manuel R. Turner dishonest individuals who lie and cheat, ripped us off Ripoff Fort Myers Florida
We signed a contract to purchase a phone system with Next Level Networks president, Manuel Turner. And this completed install would only take a weekend and training will be the following week. All will be done time is of the essence to allow our business a clean start up. On June 30, 2006 the install was to be completed. As of this day, it has never been completed. This system was to be ready to plug in 44 phones, we only installed 36 to start. During the initial install Mr. Turner didn't show up as promised nor did he respond to phone messages. Mr. Turner has never returned our calls and has made no effort to correct or complete the phone system that was contracted. On August 9, 2006 a registered NEC salesman and technician came and evaluated the phone system. The system Mr. Turner put in has not been in production for over 2 years and several of the cards, boards and chips had been removed. This system isn't even produced anymore for parts. The phone system that Mr. Turner showed us to make the sale was the new style phone, so we received the old bait and switch from Mr. Turner. Part of the sale and scam by Mr. Turner was the support of our other office phone system. Now our other office phone system isn't working correctly and apparently cards from that system were also removed. The system Mr. Turner installed will communicate with our other office with a new card each costing $14,000. At this point we have two phone systems that do not communicate with each other. Our old office has a voice mail system that does not work and cards are missing so that we can't plug in any more phones or move a phone to another jack. Our new office has a phone system that half does not work nor any of its functions. This is only the tip of what as promised by Mr. Turner. He has made nothing but false promises and continued lies. This has been nothing more than a complete scam for our money. This man is a criminal in our minds and should be put in jail.
