Complaint Review: Next LVL Landscaping LLC 20305 Boca West Dr Boca Raton FL 33434-4720

Met Turi after hurricane Irma. Needed to replace several bushes and needed a lot of yard work. #1 he asked to be paid up front for all his work. Waited 4months for $500 worth rocks and Sod. Put down about half of what I paid for. Never replaced the sod I paid him for. All the bushes died. paid him $2000.00 for bushes and planting’s that all died. He never fixed the sprinklers after he swore he did and they were working. He damaged my sprinklers during the planting of my bushes. Never replaced them after he said he would. I have all the texts messages and pictures to prove his lies and deceit. I am an older single woman and he took horrible advantage of me. I come to find he was only in business 5 months when i met him. Since then he has lost my property and my neighbors also. Does sloppy work. You have to beg the workers to blow your yard and spray weed killer which he swore he did and weeds never died. He leaves in the middle of the job if it starts to,sprinkle outside but will bill you for the service. He is not qualified or experienced. Lazy, very unprofessional and doesn’t do the work he is paid in advance for. I have all pictures of work documented. He lies and is very deceitful. Taking advantage of 3 single older woman. My neighbor is 84and she had the same problem. Her bushes died as well. We all complained and he never returned to finish The job or replace the bushes. They are all dead. He didn’t even pull any weeds. I have my own blower and weed killler. I had to do the work myself while paying this clown since sept 2017. He made several excuses for the 4 month delay on rocks and sod. The truck broke. He was out of the country. The nursery was out of rocks and sod. I actually had to call his brother who referred us to use him and then the rocks were delivered after holding my $500 for 4 months. 1/2 of what was ordered. He gets paid up front then blows the money on his nightlife he brags about. He is very into himself and asks if you are pleased by his appearance. He has a little girl and I was going to give her lots and lots of Disney Stuff. That never happened. I guess going to the clubs and spending prepaid customers money is his priority not his clients.
