i purchased a Nextbase 8.5 inch portable DVD player last year. everything was functioning well until now, i'm having problems with the LCD screen.

i checked the website www.nextbase-usa.com for help regarding customer support or the local service center in my area.

they only accept sales call.. can you believe that? after getting through the representative, i asked him where he can direct my call for customer support, and to my suprise he doesn't know if they have one.

so i sent them an e mail explaining my situation.
i got only a single response asking for details where and when i bought the unit but still NO NUMBERS FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

it's been more than a week and i still haven't receive anything productive from this company.

so don't buy nextbase equipments, you will definitely suffer when something goes wrong, because there's simply no customer support.

they're just interested with your money, afterwhich, they don't care anymore
