Nextcard rips me off by not letting me pay my bill on time and making me pay a late charge.
Since nextcard went under and credit card services took over I cannot pay my bill on time because the web site is not accessable all of the time.
This is the second time that this has happened to me. Once they said that they were updating accounts and this time I have no idea what happened.
Credit card services has no website or phone number to contact them infact they are not even on the nextcard billing statement.
I always pay my bill online so when I can't get to the web site to pay my bill its late and I get charged a late fee of $35.00.
Nextcard statement still says make payments at my.nextcard.com but I can't get to it.
I don't know if this happens to other people but if it does credit card services must make a lot of money on illegal late fees.
It's one thing to be late when it's your fault but to have to pay late fee because of the fault of the company I think it's a BIG RIPPOFF and should be illegal.
