Nextcard rip-off fraud business Norcross Georgia
Nextcard should be sued, and the credit card center that attempts to collect the money. I was unable to contact ANYONE for months with Nextcard after I was notified via email, and when I did FINALLY receive a statement they (credit card center) had applied five months of late charges @ $35 a month, plus $20 service charges each month.
When I attempted to resolve this issue, the rep at credit card center lied to me, and when I tried to speak to a supervisor, Ms. Mullins would not listen to the fact that I had never received a statement nor did she attempt to help me, but instead hung up on me.
I was just mailed a statement to pay a balance no one could explain yet if I don't pay this amount, my credit will be tarnished.
I attempted to dispute the amount and the manner in which I was treated yet nothing has been resolved.
