nextcard ripoff false promises mistreated and ripped off phoenix Arizona
They don't have a REAL 1-800 number. You can never get ahold of an actual person. They won't allow you to dispute a fee of theirs. They never answer your questions. They call you on christmas eve even though you have never missed a payment.
They went into my checking account without my authorization and took out the money I had sent them a check for and essentially cashed the same check twice and refused to acknowledge what they did.
overall they are a bad experience that should be voided at all measures.

As an Arizona resident, I was curious who these people are.
Nextcard, Inc. is registered to do business in Arizona but actually appears to be based in San Francisco. The annual corporate report filed on 12/24/2001 with the Arizona Corporation Commission is available on-line at http://159.87.17.12/scripts/cgi/dwcgidef.pl
The corporate report gives the names and office addresses of the officers of the corporation.
By the way, they filed their Arizona report nearly six months late.
Nextcard does have a listing in the Phoenix telephone book at 4129 East Van Buren Street, Phoenix, AZ 85008. Their main telephone number is 602-322-0500.
