I called the Motorola/Nextel/Iden help desk and did a door to door order for my I730 phone... and when I received my monthly bill i had a charge on there from Motorola of $55.00 dollars.

So I called Nextel and they told me it was a Motorola charge so I was transfered to Motorola. They told me they had nothing to do with the charge on my Nextel bill so I transfered back over to Nextel and they transferred me to Motorola.

Get the picture I was getting the run around and was never told of these charges. From this I have cancelled my subscription to Nextel and will NEVER and I mean NEVER deal with Nextel or Buy another cell phone that is made by motorola. The I730 I have had so many and I mean so many problems with this phone model and my friend has an I830 and his wife a I530 and these phones have been nothing but trouble for them also

So what I am saying to anyone that owns a Nextel, Motorola, Iden phone to cancel your subscription to them. They are over priced Pieces of Crap Phones.

I have a Motorola i305 phone with nextel and have had ZERO troubles. The phoen is tough and works great and the service is great. I LOVE DIRECT CONNECT

NEXTEL markets to young adults such as myself , the ads are very misleading, they overcharge with high taxes, they never sent me a copy of a real detailed phone bill, they are supposed to send something that shows how many calls you made and recieved, they just send me a bill that shows how much i owe, nextel phones ARE CHEAP i have i I730 phone and i cant get past 2 bars on my phone. and also the plans are very misleading also

i had a incident when i was never sent a bill for 2 months then my service was disconnected, then my account was forward to collections, then i was harrasssed and threatend by a rep named isabel,then when i called nextel to dispute these so call charges they told me nextel wasnt aware that my account was forwarded to collections and it shouldnt be.

whats really going on ? nextel is the most unorganized company i ever seen
