Nextel - Motorola Financial Ripoff Raping Denial Winchester Virginia
I have been a Nextel Customer for 3+ years. Worked ok b4 the merge with Sprint. Currently i am on my 3rd motorola phone the i580. 2 times the facial LED became unreadable so i was sent a new phone. 3rd time now the volume goes up/down, up/down during the course of a conversation.
Between Nextel/Sprint & Motorola they have created (on purpose) a bouncing situation that neither will admit to or resolve. My clients do not want to talk with me on this phone. I have further lost days of work also.
In talking to other Nextel/Sprint customers some have expressed the same problems but will not be taken in by the time theft & frustration in dealing with the runaround desk.
If the support would be honest (sorry means nothing any more) about really bad semi-working phones then Motorola/Sprint would be compelled to not perform this disservice to anyone.
After the initial complaints about the i580 you would think it would be fixed & reissued. Now i have my 3rd i580 phone with the same problems.
With the none service i have been receiving you would think they would have some idea of how to better serve me. I have wasted hours & hours & hours with no solution.
Unfortunately the connectivity with Nextel is better than most providers for where i live.
Frustrated at the theft.
