I called to have my phone turned on about a month after I made payment arrangements (nextel partners) were to take two 200 payments out of my account and that never happpened. So I called Nextel to inquire about it and was put on hold 6 times, over a period of 3+ hours. I was told everything from they could not find my account to once you pay off your bill your phone will be on in 24hours. At this point this is my 7th call to nextel partners and it's getting crazy, Finally I pay off my entire amount and call the next day and I'm told I need to pay an additional $500 because my account was canceled despite I made arrangements months ago and the payments were never taken out of my account.

I call in today and the wait time was better (1 hour and a half) but I'm talked to death about problems 2mos ago and my depostit only being 100 and everything else under the moon except the fact that I've paid off an account and promised my phone would be on and now we have to go over everything but what I'm calling for. There was a lot of hemming and hawing and no action...again. To make a long story short I spoke with all these stutterin, stammerin people and I still have a problem AFTER I've paid off my bill. NO SERVICE!!!! So I thought I'd put my info on BBB, Consumer Affairs and ripoff report and see what type of a response I get now.
