Nextel Rip Off Dishonest Billing ripoff change or not add features to plan as ask Carol Stream Illinois
I have used Nextel for several years I have always had free incoming and nights and weekends, but all of a sudden on the most used phone I dont have these features so I am chargsd outrageous amounts. I get no help from customer servive and I was told by one of their employee he would stop my service just because he wanted to and quote theres not a damned thing I can do about it . So i hung up and called back and got a lady that was very sorry about the way he talked to me, but could not do any thing abiut the over charge. This company is a big rip off.
