I am very furious at their sales reps. I called inquiring about two phones for myself and my partner. This came from a recommendation from one of my managers at Disneyland so I figured it would be a great phone to have.

After a lengthy application process deciding what I wanted and picking the phones it was settled. Then I had to give some information for a credit check. After this was through he told me that based on my credit score there would be a $200 deposit for each phone. Well the phones I was looking at were less than $200 so I offered to outright buy them. This went back and forth constantly about how I can't buy the phone and even if I did I still would have to pay the $200 for each phone. Keep in mind the sales rep told me that the deposit WAS FOR THE PHONES not the service!

Now I get a letter in the mail from them saying the same d**n thing only they changed the wording to say that I have to give a $200 deposit to receive wireless service. This is the worst I have ever been scammed by a company.
