NEXTEL ripoff will not refund deposit or return calls Waco Texas

I deposited required funds with NEXTEL in April 2001. In June of 2002 I contacted their customer "care" representative to request my deposit.

It is now October 2002 and after many numerous calls to their customer care reps, their finance office and even Melinda in refunds, I'm still trying to get my refund.
I have faxed my bank statement five different times as they requested and they tell me they have lost the money somehow. That isn't my problem.

They have proof of the deposit and they owe me one thousand dollars. That's a lot of money in my book. Maybe if I go to the media and my attorney I'll get my money back. Why won't they honor the agreement and return my deposit??? Get your cell phones from another company.

NEXTEL must be having some serious money problems. Maybe someone should audit their books and take a look at their CEO and CFO!!
